Mr Thames is tenacious and determined to find the perfect living space specifically for you be it a single family home, a townhouse condo or apartment. As a matter of fact, we consider him our FAMILY REALTOR since afterall he found the townhouse my sister and I purchased, the home my Aunt purchased when she relocated to the Wash-Met area from Delaware, AND found an occupant for our rental property. We have and will continue to refer our family, friends and coworkers to Steven as he has always delivered with perserverence and plain old fashioned determination. If you are not completely satified, his job is not done. What I appreciate most about him is he does NOT watse your time looking at properties that do not meet your specifications. I have dealt with many realtors over the years and I highly recommend Steven Thames. He sold my first house and helped me buy my second. Steven has always been accessible and responsive.
